Boys and Girls Football

This spring term was very successful for both our boys and girls football teams. 4 matches in total were played in January with Marshgate winning them all. All groups game have now been completed. The girls have top of their pool after winning 5 games from 5 while the boys performed excellently to finish second, winning 4 out of 5. The girls have qualified for the Borough playoffs while we wait to hear if the boys have qualified. Well done to both teams on their great seasons so far. Well done to Mr Sanders of Kick London who is coaching the teams every Monday and Friday.

Boys Football - January Update

Football has been a big year for Marshgate and has turned out very successful. Our training sessions have been every Monday with Mr Saunders from Kick London after school and we highly appreciate his managerial effort, getting us to our best.

After playing 3 matches, we are second in the league with 2 wins. Our First game was against St Elizabeth's at Christ’s School playing field which we won comfortably 4-1.

After our win we had our heads held high for the next game against Meadlands but they pulled out which meant Marshgate automatically won 3-0.

We are looking forward to our upcoming tournament in Teddington NPL on the 25th of January 2017 and we hope it all goes well for us

The team include the following: Matthew, Finn, and Cameron (All 6M) Alvaro and Rudi (6S) Omar (6A) Harry, Luca and Nelson (5P).
