Celebrating World Book Day March 2013
On Friday, 9th March Marshgate celebrated World Book Day. Illustrator and author Mik Brown visited the children and inspired them with art work. He has illustrated many books including a Michael Rosen poetry book. Take a look here at some of the wonderful outfits featured here. In the afternoon parents were invited to come into school to read with their children which was a great success. Thanks to Mrs Arnold for organising such a great day.
